Our mailboxes, which were paid for by the CPOA from assessments and capital savings, were installed in 2012. If yours is damaged due to accident or normal wear and tear, it is your responsibility as the homeowner to bear the cost of having it repaired or replaced in a timely manner.

The most likely part to fail is the door hinge. The roller catch assembly also may need replacement at some time. Installation instructions for the hinge and catch are here in pdf form.
